By using Etsy Shop OS (the “App”) or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What the App provides
Etsy Shop OS provides research and operations tooling for digital Etsy sellers, including optional Google Ads keyword-planning integrations. It is software for your own shop workflow — not a marketplace, payment processor, or Etsy substitute.
Not affiliated with Etsy
Etsy Shop OS is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. “Etsy” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe compatibility with selling digital goods on that platform.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with Etsy, Google, and applicable laws while using the App
- Do not use the App to scrape, spam, or violate third-party terms
- Keep API credentials and OAuth tokens secure
- Review any listing, price, or customer action before it goes live
Google services
Google Ads API access is subject to Google’s policies and your access level. Keyword metrics from Google are estimates for Google Search interest — not Etsy search volume. You are responsible for how you interpret and use that data.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales, ranking, approval of API access levels, or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Etsy Shop OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or this site.
