Who we are
Etsy Shop OS (“the App”) is a personal / small-operator tool for researching and operating a digital Etsy shop. Contact: mmdincerrr@gmail.com.
Data we process
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Google account identity (email) when you authorize Google OAuth
- Google Ads account identifiers and keyword-planning metrics returned by Google’s APIs
- Local project files and notes you create on your own devices (not uploaded by default)
- Standard web server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) if you visit this website
How we use Google user data
If you connect Google Ads, the App requests the Google Ads API scope to generate keyword ideas and related research metrics for accounts you control. That data is used only to power niche-research workflows inside Etsy Shop OS. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising to third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (for example hosting or DNS) solely to operate this site and the App, under their terms. Google receives OAuth and API requests you authorize.
Retention
OAuth tokens and API responses are stored only as long as needed for the App’s research features or until you revoke access. Website logs are retained for a limited operational period.
Your choices
You can revoke Google access at Google Account permissions. You may email us to request deletion of App-held credentials we control.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
